Description: Non-PVC water based acrylic polymer for textile printing
Application: Print (Semi-automatic m/c or automatic m/c)-dry at 120 ⁰C for 1 min – cure 180 ⁰C for 2-3mins.
Appearance: Thick white and colour paste

These fluorescent colours are designed to give unique looking surfaces (e.g. Glow in the evening lights) to print on polyster cotton fabrics. For extra brightness use 8 flourescent colours.

Process Colour:
CMYK refers to the primary colours of pigment: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black.
These inks are used for four colour printings in textiles.

Colour process include four colour process plastisols that are transparent, intense primary colours designed only for colour process on to white 100% cotton fabrics. The colour yellow, magenta and cyan have been enhanced to achieve colour range.

Description: Flock can be printed alongside other colours as long as they are water based inks. Due to the heat pressing process, plastisol inks will re-melt and stick to everything.
Features: Gives a decorative or functional characteristics to the surface.
Application: Highly recommended to use on 100% cotton garments or 50/50 cotton/poly blends.

Application: Use clear glass base as your glitter base mix 30% glitter flakes to 70% clear glass base.
High density inks consists of 10 primary colours and one clear that can be used as a stand alone ink or as a mix. The high viscosity to give sharp edge detail printing offers a 3 – dimension appearance. To print directly on to garment through thick stencil film to achieve 3d effects.
Description: It is a screen printing ink additive that once heat is applied to the ink, it slightly raises the t-shirt like a freshly baked loaf of bread. Classol Puff inks creates a new dimension to a t-shirt and it’s a great way to add some depth to your design. This additive is added to achieve a puff 3D effect without changing the ink printability, brightness and wash fastness.

These speciality viscosity reducers, additives and bases are formulated to give good run and tack free, de tack. They give neutral tones after adding.
Description: Flock additives are used to achieve an elastic and soft touching lock effect in textile printing. Gives velvet effect in textile printing.
